Where There’s Tea, There’s Hope

Hope in the smallest of places. Hope in the stillness. Hope in a conversation. Hope in simplicity. Hope in a smile. Hope in a cup of tea. Hope in a child’s eyes. Hope in a warm embrace.

Acceptance of the present moment will never let you down. Life reveals itself to you if you let it.  Moment by moment, drop by drop, breath by breath.

May you have a calm, quiet moment with a cup of tea this season.

This week, I invite you to consider making mindful moments part of your daily life with these wonderful tips from My Awakened Self. Find them right here.

I also offer you a class to find your centre during the month of December. Please join me here. All levels welcome.

Lots of love,

Madeleine
