Video #2 on Freeing Yourself from Anxiety

Here it is! Just in time for the weekend. The second of three videos on coping with anxiety. I hope you have been doing full belly breathing to relax the tension in your body. To reduce tension we need to give it attention. I like to think of it as a small child tugging at us to pay some attention to what is bothering us. With something like 80% of doctor’s visits being stress-related, or for conditions impacted by stress, this is really important work that you are doing. So let’s do it…
