Happy Valentines Day… Freedom from Anxiety

Ok, we’ve talked, we’ve discussed it, we know what we’re dealing with. Now it’s time to practice. My mission is to bring you the best of what I know from psychology, yoga and mindfulness practices to ease your anxiety so that you can live the life you are supposed to… free from fear.

 

Let’s start here: In this first video you will learn how anxiety shows itself, and a simple practice, that in my view, is always the first step. Without this step, it is difficult to get anywhere.
