Are you an Emotional Empath?

Hi Everyone,

Just checking in with you. How are you?

Are you finding this time extremely intense.. like an emotional roller-coaster?

You are NOT alone. Many of us are in complete lock-down. I was speaking to someone from South Africa yesterday who was unable to take her dogs for a walk. They were all in a small apartment together.

This is just one example of what many, if not most people in the world are experiencing. We are asked to dig deep, to find resources within ourselves we never knew we had. And, if you have a highly sensitive nervous system, or are an empath, this is especially rattling.
