What inspires you?

This is one of the biggest and most important questions… and is also sometimes very difficult to answer.  To live a happy and fulfilling life, you must find out what inspires you…… and surround yourself with it. Here are some tips to get going…

Look around you… what do you find beautiful? colour? nature? shape? design?

Who in your life inspires you? In other words, who do you feel good around? Write them down.

What activities do you love? A sport? music? teaching? get specific and write it down.

Lastly, what feelings would you like to feel more of? joy? peace? excited? Get creative. There are thousands of feeling words… this is where we are headed for….

You now have a idea of what in your life inspires you. Do more of it. Be around those people. Cut out photos of your inspired vision and post them. Then your brain will be more on line with what you WANT and you will find more of it in your life. Do things each day that bring in the feelings you want most………and watch your life start to change. YOU are the master and creator of your own life.

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
