Mindfulness Group

I’m excited to say that the Thursday noon hour mindfulness group is back. It’s a one hour class from 12-1 for anyone who is new to mindfulness, or has been practicing for a while. The class format is usually a talk about one particular aspect of mindfulness, and of course time to practice!

If you are interested in joining, it takes place at the Maple Tree Medical Clinic, Salmon Arm, back entrance starting again Thursday June 18th, 2015. Everyone is welcome and it’s by donation so pay-what-you-can.

Hope to see you there!
