Here are all the new and current workshops and classes I am offering:
Mindfulness Drop-in Class: Tuesdays 12-1pm, Askews Uptown Community Room. $5.00 drop-in. Everyone welcome! This class is for newbies and seasoned practitioners alike. If you are curious about mindfulness or would like to come and practice with a group, this is the place to start. We have now been meeting for about 3 years and new people are always joining in.
“Identifying and Breaking Through Core Beliefs”
This is a new workshop limited to 10 spots.
Bust through fears and beliefs that might be holding you in a pattern that is largely unconscious. This workshop will help you tap into your true power beyond limiting thoughts and fears.
We are going to breathe (like Max Strom) move gently, stand powerfully (like Amy Cuddy), inquire (like Byron Katie), visualize and tap (that’s right, EFT) into our core beliefs to see if they are helping us to reach our potential or holding us back. Alternatively, you are welcome to stretch out and breathe.
What you can expect:
A gently guided practice of restorative yoga, transformational breath and guided journalling practices. You do not have to share anything. This is for you.
Please wear comfy clothing and bring a journal and pen and a yoga mat if you have one.
