Current Workshops/Classes

 

Here are all the new and current workshops and classes I am offering:

Mindfulness Drop-in Class: Tuesdays 12-1pm, begins Tuesday September 11th, 2018. Askews Uptown Community Room. Pay-what-you-can.  Everyone welcome! This class is for newbies and seasoned practitioners alike. If you are curious about mindfulness or would like to come and practice with a group, this is the place to start.  We have now been meeting for about 3 years and new people are always joining in. Please note there are no classes Tuesday October 16th and Tuesday October 23rd, 2018.
