Mindfulness Drop-in Class: Thursdays 12-1pm, Askews Uptown Community Room. $5.00 drop-in. Everyone welcome! This class is for newbies and seasoned practitioners alike. If you are curious about mindfulness or would like to come and practice with a group, this is the place to start.
